Miyako Island 3

After we drove around the Miyako island, we went to Yonaha foreshore to see the sunset.
I have seen the sunset of Shiretoko,Hokkaido but it was different from Okinawa's one.

It was a very fast sinking evening sun.
It was very cold when I saw the sunset of Shiretoko, but this place was really hot.
Although Japan is small, there are a lot of differences between the northern and southern.

Akiroman made in Hiroshima

What is your the most favorite food in the world?
My favorite food in the world is the rice because I am a Japanese.

Today's my food is Akiroman.
Akiroman is the rice made in Hiroshima.

This is an Akiroman.

It was boiled about 50 minutes....

 I found that there are no yogurts in my refrigerator.
I have to go to a convenience store to buy them now !!

SAKURA coffee and HOJICHA Latté

I have sore tooth from yesterday because of pulling out my withdom tooth.
So my today's dinner is these.

Okowa Onigiri and Oden

 I can't eat spicy,cold,and hot foods....


I worked from afternoon today.
Before I went to work, I had been in Starbucks to drink "Hojicha Latté", hojicha = toasted tea.
And then, a salesgirl gave me "Sakura Coffee" as for tasting.

These are Japanese size...
Although the cup of Sakura Coffee was tasting size, Hojicha Latté was "Short size" that is not in America.

There are a lot of Sakura flavor foods and drinks in this season of Japan, because spring is coming soon.

When real season of sakura comes, I will go seeing sakura!!

"Teppanyaki" and Night View

Although "Teppanyaki" is a very expensive food, I want to eat once a year.
So I went to Shinjuku to eat it last year.
The name of the restaurant is Serina that is in one of the skyscraper.

At first,  the cock grilled seafood (shrimp and scallops).

I coud see Metropolitan Government from the window.

 

 

They went up baked. It was very delicious.

 

 

And, it became time to bake the meat.

Dishes had been prepared.

 

 

These were luxury meat!

 

 

These meats melted in my mouth!!

After that, I ate garlic rice and miso soup.

 

 

Finally I ate dessert.

 

"Teppanyaki" is expensive but it is worthy of eating once a year.
